Chante Earl is a business leader, entrepreneur, educator, executive consultant, and community advocate committed to creating opportunities for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders throughout the Inland Empire.

As President of the Moreno Valley Chapter of the Southern California Black Chamber of Commerce, Chante focuses on strengthening the local business community through connection, education, access to resources, and strategic partnerships. His goal is to help business owners move beyond simply networking and build relationships that lead to growth, collaboration, and long-term economic opportunity.

Chante brings experience across technology, real estate, nonprofit leadership, business development, and executive consulting. He is the founder of Smart AI Workshops and Canira, Inc., where he helps entrepreneurs and organizations understand and implement artificial intelligence, automation, marketing, and digital tools in practical ways.

As an executive consultant, Chante works with business owners, executives, and organizations to identify opportunities, improve systems, strengthen operations, and develop strategies that support sustainable growth.

He also serves as Executive Director of Lifting Dreams Community Development Inc., a nonprofit organization focused on education, workforce development, entrepreneurship, and expanding access to opportunities for youth and underserved communities.

Throughout his work, Chante has remained focused on one central belief: when people have access to the right information, relationships, tools, and opportunities, they can transform their businesses, their families, and their communities.

As Chamber President, he is committed to building a strong, visible, and collaborative Moreno Valley business community where entrepreneurs are connected, supported, represented, and positioned to thrive.
