LyNea Bell is a visionary media executive, pastor, talent and literary agent, and nonprofit founder dedicated to empowering underserved communities through media, mentorship, education, and opportunity. She is the Founder of GOT CONNECTIONS Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization that equips youth, women, and entrepreneurs with leadership development, financial literacy, mentorship, and faith-centered empowerment programs.

She is also the President of BH Talent & Literary Agency, where she represents and develops emerging and established talent, authors, and creatives—helping diverse voices access opportunities in entertainment, publishing, and media. Through BH Talent, LyNea advocates for inclusive representation and career pathways for underrepresented artists and storytellers.

Having navigated personal and professional adversity, LyNea understands firsthand the barriers many individuals face in accessing mentorship, industry access, and economic opportunity.
