Greetings,

I am the President of the Inland Empire Black Chamber of Commerce. I would appreciate an opportunity to get more familiar with you and your business. It is my goal to develop a professional working relationship with each of you.

The Black Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to providing professional and excellent services to our members. We will assist you and your organization in becoming better leaders in the business industry. For your benefit, we hold monthly business mixers on the last Wednesday of every month. These important mixers allow you to showcase your business. They also provide you the opportunity to learn more about other businesses. In addition, we will have speakers from the Mayor's office and other government agencies. By doing so, it gives us a great working relationship with the communities we serve. During these mixers, you will also be able to present your business. As your President, I would like for you to join the Chamber and become a member. The Chamber needs your support to continue our quest to assist business owners in capitalizing and progressing in the business industry.

Due to the Chamber being a non-profit organization, it is imperative to understand that the membership fee is a total tax write off for your company. When you fill out your membership form, please indicate on the form that you are affiliated with the Inland Empire Black Chamber of Commerce.

I am looking forward to meeting you and assisting you with taking your business to the next level. In advance, I thank you for becoming a member of the Black Chamber of Commerce.

Thank you,
Lennell Jones

Below is the documentation required to participate in the program:

· Mission statement including information about who your organization serves and a list of programs and services

· The geographic area your organization serves

· Proof of your 501 (C) (3) status. If your organization is a Government entity, the organization's tax identification number (TIN) on entity letterhead.

· If you represent a Non-profit organization

· A list of your Board of Directors and their role

· Most current annual report

· Current financial statements

· Your intent for the property

· Information on 2 previously completed rehab or new construction projects

-If you have not completed a rehab project, please clearly state your expertise that will lead to project completion

Here are the REO websites:

· Properties list on Chase website: http://mortgage.chase.com/pages/other/co_properties_landing.jsp

· Properties list on WaMu website: http:/www.wamuproperties.com

After perusing the website, please let me know units(s) that may be of interest. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about our program or need additional information.
