David Habib is an attorney, mediator, and educator, with more than 30 years experience advising companies on how to identify and manage risks in international business transactions.
He has helped companies large and small penetrate markets in the Middle East, Africa, China, and Mexico, and has personally negotiated hundreds of complex cross-border transactions.
From his office in Westlake Village, CA, he represents U.S. and foreign clients in connection with a wide range of commercial, financial, and international trade related matters, and in complex dispute resolution proceedings. David is a frequent speaker on international trade matters, is Vice Chair of the District Export Council of Southern California and is Adjunct Professor of International Business Law in the MBA program at California Lutheran University.
