1,000 AFRICAN AMERICAN STUDENTS EMPOWERED
February 14, 2018, Fresno, CA - Ramsey Jay, Jr. delivered the keynote address at last week's Fresno County Superintendent of Schools' African American Leadership Conference themed 'Excellence Is In Our DNA'. "You are the next generation of leaders in this community" Fresno County Superintendent of Schools' Jim Yovino said when addressing the students.
